I have trouble with the uploading files to System09 over the internet 
using Xmodem on Hyperterm. I was wondering if it may be flow control 
related issues, so I've implemented hardware flow control in the monitor 
ROM. The problem is the Makefile currently does not handle 4K Bit Block 
RAMs found on the Spartan 2. I've had a hack at the S19toVHD.cpp program 
to make it generate both 4KBit block RAMs and 16KBit. My approach was to 
also scale the size of the glue logic depending on the address range of 
the S19 file.

I have not completed the changes, but I have put the design files up on 
the web for safe keeping.

I was hoping the task would be a simple one, but as usually happens it 
blew out in size and scope.
