[System09] CF_XESS Utility for the XESS XSA-3S1000

Here is the CF_UTIL program re-written for the 16 bit IDE interface on 
the XSA-3S1000 and XST-3.0
Note that the utility no longer attempts to set the feature register so 
should work with a conventional IDE hard disk.
I've included a 256 bytes pause so you can see the first half of the 
sector before it scrolls off the screen.

The utility resides at $0100, is a bit under 2 KBytes long and has a 512 
byte sector buffer.

Load the utility with the monitor "L" command and dump the S19 file as a 
straight text file via the serial port.

Set the Program counter with the start address of $0100
<CTRL> P 0100

And start execution from the Program counter
